Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us:

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Custom orders require at least 48 hours advance notice
• Delivery fees may apply based on location

Delivery and Pickup

For delivery orders:

• Free delivery within 5 miles of our locations
• Orders placed before 2 PM are available for next-day delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery

For pickup orders, please arrive during our business hours. Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded without refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Standard orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery
• Custom orders require 24 hours notice for cancellation
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• We do not offer refunds for products that have been consumed
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual products may vary slightly from images. All products are made fresh daily and contain natural ingredients that may cause variations in appearance and taste.

Allergen Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

Limitation of Liability

Scrumptious Bakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
